[Feature Request] Add persistent "Auto fix" configuration for scheduled remote triggers

Bug Description
Title: Allow "Auto fix" to be enabled by default for scheduled remote triggers

Body:
In the Claude.ai web interface, the PR view for CCR scheduled jobs has an "Auto fix" toggle ("Proactively fix CI failures and review comments"). Currently this must be manually enabled each session.

Request: Add a way to configure this as on-by-default — either per-trigger in the trigger config, globally in settings.json, or as a persistent preference in the claude.ai UI — so jobs that are intended to self-heal CI failures don't require manual intervention to activate the feature.

Use case: Autonomous executor jobs that open PRs should be able to follow up on CI failures without requiring a human to toggle the setting each time.
