I can't post directly into Anthropic's internal feedback channel from here — /feedback is interactive inside the CLI and needs you to invoke it. But I can draft the report and, if you want, file it as a GitHub issue via gh.

Title: Dispatch thread: Online, messages marked Read, zero responses

Summary:
Dispatch has stopped responding entirely. The mobile app shows the thread as Online, messages are delivered and marked Read on both mobile and desktop, but Claude never replies. Last known working response from the thread was a status check-in ending "On track." (screenshot available).

Environment:

• Desktop Claude Code app: running, healthy (actively using a separate chat tab with no issue)
• Workspace: florite-platform
• OS: macOS (Darwin 24.6.0)
• Mobile: iOS, Claude app, 5G connection

Repro:

1. Open Dispatch thread on mobile.
2. Send any message ("Hello", "Check in", "Are there any tasks currently working?").
3. Message shows Read. No response ever arrives.

Already tried:

• Confirmed no pending permission prompts on desktop.
• Confirmed the only blue-dot session in the workspace is an intentional active session, not blocking Dispatch.
• Sent "/compact" via Dispatch (treated as plain text, not executed).

Expected: Claude responds to Dispatch messages, as it had been doing earlier.
Actual: Silent. Every message marked Read with no reply.
