dangerously skip permission in docker root container

i would like to have dangerously skip permissions available inside docker root container.
is this possible? i dont mind even if it can do damage inside the root because i can get a test pc to test.
how to override it to have it inside root?
this root feature is useful for kernel programming etc. i can always spawn some vm etc to test out
