[BUG] "Send us a message" support button missing from help center on all platforms

What's Wrong?

The "Send us a message" button is completely absent from the Claude.ai help center support widget. This makes it impossible to open a new support ticket.

What Should Happen?

The "Send us a message" button should always be visible in the help center widget regardless of existing ticket history.

Error Messages/Logs

None — the button is simply absent with no error.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Have an existing support conversation in the help center widget
  2. Log out and back in to Claude.ai
  3. Click initials in bottom left corner and select "Get help"
  4. The "Send us a message" button is not present
  5. Tested on PC (multiple browsers including incognito), mobile app, and desktop app — button missing on all

The button disappeared after an existing support ticket was created. It never returned. This may be triggered by having an open or closed ticket in the system. Affects all devices and browsers simultaneously.
