Filing per the locked issue's instruction to reference it in a new one.
See #45376 — request for an option to suppress or further collapse MCP call info in terminal output. The currently-collapsed form still floods the terminal and obscures Claude's responses.
(Was auto-closed as a duplicate of #45131, but that was also closed; re-raising so the request stays visible.)
