[FEATURE] Add ability to revert to a previous question state after AskQuestion tool was used #18141

Problem Statement

Feature Description

After I answer a question (AskQuestion tool) during a session, I sometimes want to go back to revise the specific answer to the question, and/or return to the state it was in when the question was raised. Currently, when Claude asks many, many questions, or even one question, the only thing I can revert to is my prompt before that. There are times when a specific flow can ask me many, many questions, and I notice I would like to go back x questions above and revise - I cannot do it now;
I need to redo the whole flow, which can lead to a lot of repetition, wasted tokens, and knowledge that no longer exists.

Please let us revert to the last question or questions group plz.

Proposed Solution

After I answer a question using the AskQuestion tool during a session, I sometimes want to go back and revise a specific answer or return to the state it was in when the question was originally raised. Currently, when Claude asks multiple questions—whether it’s just one or many—the only option I have for reverting is back to my prompt before that. There are instances when a specific flow prompts numerous questions, and I find myself wanting to go back several questions to revise my responses. Unfortunately, I cannot do this right now; I have to redo the entire flow, which can lead to unnecessary repetition, wasted tokens, and loss of information.

I would appreciate the ability to revert to the last question or group of questions, please.
