[BUG] Can't be connected to a chinese SSH server through VS code

What's Wrong?

i'm in china and i want to connect my vs code to the claude code , but the request gets denied . and i'm using a chinese ssh server

What Should Happen?

i should be able to connect as long as i have a paid subscription
