[BUG] UI Issue in Claude Desktop Where it partially hides left side on each screen/chat

What's Wrong?

Please see the screenshot. Its self explanatory. I am using Macbook Pro with Tahoe 26.4.1 (25E253) and the latest version of Claude Desktop

The screen should be fully visible
