[BUG] Usage limit reached” in Claude Code Desktop for ~24 hours, but claude.ai and Antigravity work fine

What's Wrong?

OS: [macOS / Linux / Windows]
App version: 1.3561.0 (fbc74b)
Exact error: “Usage limit reached”
Steps: open Claude Code Desktop and try any request
Expected: requests execute
Actual: “Usage limit reached” and no requests go through
Logs: [attach relevant logs - macOS: Console.app; Windows: Event Viewer → Windows Logs → Application]

What Should Happen?

Claude Code Desktop should accept requests and execute them normally.
