[Bug] Text-to-Speech reads record symbol "⏺" as "Record Media Symbol" instead of being silent

Bug Description
Using Text To Speach reads the "⏺" as "Record Media Symbol" and it just sounds funny as the precursor to every claude code response. I got ridd of it by adding a pronounciation ⏺ => * in my Read/Speak Settings, but I just think you should know that you are not using the correct character.
