What's Wrong?

When using Claude on all platforms, i get message limit errors sometimes with the first question I ask, it has gotten progressively worse over the last couple of weeks from occasionally to almost every interaction. I have cleared cache and cookies, and done a restart, checked for updates to Claude and windows. I can't even use /bug or /feedback to report problems. I am on an individual account, not a team account.

What Should Happen?

I should be able to use claude for one answer before getting an error that says i've fun out of questions. I should be able to use commands like /bug or /feedback to report problems. I should be able to get an answer to one questions faster than 5 days.
