[BUG] [Claude Desktop] Cmd 1/2/3 not working anymore on Claude Desktop to switch from Chat to Cowork to Code

What's Wrong?

Claude Desktop Version : Claude 1.3109.0 (35cbf6) 2026-04-16T20:32:01.000Z
Claude Code : 2.1.114
Mac OS version : 26.3.1

Cmd + 1/2/3 should be working to switch from Cowork to Code to Chat tabs. not working on Claude Desktop.

What Should Happen?

Switch to the tab (1 = Chat, 2 = Cowork, 3 = Code) when I execute Cmd + 1/2/3

1. Launch Claude Desktop on Claude 1.3109.0 (35cbf6) 2026-04-16T20:32:01.000Z,
2. Use Cmd + 1/2/3
3. Nothing happens
