IDE Connection Failure: Directory Mismatch Error

Bug Description
I can't connect to an IDE for integrated development features. It said their workspace/project directories do not match the current cwd. But I'm in the same dir. And I typed in the terminal of clion, the Claude Code CLI always shakes. It reaaally hurt my eyes and my brain. Please fix that. Thanks!
