[Feature Request] Add effort level switcher with keyboard shortcut similar to shift+tab cycling

Bug Description
We could have an effort switcher just like we do have the shift+tab cycle. This would be helpfull to choose the desired effort according to individual prompts based on the difficulty they will have.
