[BUG] Claude just drained my usage without any material output. Claude Code, IoS mobile, around 10am Eastern April 19.

What's Wrong?

I commanded claude code to develop a web page. It did not output anything but charged my usage to the max. Thank God I have a cap on the usage. Please reset my usage and fix. Thank you.

What Should Happen?

Reset usage, determine why code didn't output the web page but drained usage.
