[Feature Request] Add transparency logging for model routing and performance metrics

Bug Description
While I cannot prove it, Claude itself is pointing out that all signs are showing a degraded model. If that is the case, and you are actually routing to inferior models behind the scenes... you'll be cooked. I love what you've built, but be honest, be transparent. There are core issues here and you're ignoring them.
