[Bug] Notion MCP OAuth callback returns Internal Server Error

Bug Description
Notion MCP OAuth authentication fails with Internal Server Error

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open MCP servers panel
  2. Click "Needs Auth" on claude.ai Notion
  3. Complete OAuth flow
  4. Callback page shows "Internal Server Error"

Claude Code version: v2.1.92
Expected: OAuth should complete successfully and Notion MCP should show "Connected"
Actual: OAuth callback returns Internal Server Error
