[BUG] Claude Desktop App Error 1W81XU3 - App Unresponsive After Multiple Restart Attempts

What's Wrong?
I'm experiencing persistent error code 1W81XU3 in Claude Desktop App. The app displays "Claude will return soon" with "temporary service disruption" message and becomes completely unresponsive.
What Should Happen?
App should launch normally and allow access to Claude

Steps to Reproduce
Launch Claude Desktop App
Error 1W81XU3 appears immediately
App becomes unresponsive - cannot access any menus or settings
What I've tried:
Multiple app restarts
Force quit and relaunch
Sign out/sign in attempts (cannot access menu)
Verified active subscription
Claude.ai web version works normally
Error Code: 1W81XU3
