[BUG] MCP Connections to Claude Desktop no longer work

What's Wrong?

When I ask Claude Code running in Clause Desktop to access Linear or Render it says they are not available, despite the MCP & Connectors being set up. This worked until the latest update to Desktop, I have a .mcp.json and claude_desktop_config.json with API keys. These haven't changed, the only thing that has changed is the update to desktop. Running on Windows 11. The CLI in VS Code still works, as does Claude Code on the web browser.

What Should Happen?

When I ask Claude Code Desktop to access a Linear ticket it should be able to do so.
