[Bug] Claude API: Model not adhering to system instructions and tool usage protocols

Bug Description
強烈建議儘速下架Opus 4.7這個模型，因為它完全沒有紀律可言，好像一脫韁的野馬，明明已經讀了claude.md，但完全不嚴格遵守，明明知道要呼叫agent，卻故意說agent沒有反應，所以自己接手agent的工作，明明被我發現自做主張執行工作，卻辯解說沒有，直到叫它回顧執行歷程，才又改口說出其他理由。以上種種原因，第一次讓我心生恐懼，擔心它不僅無法協助我解決問題，反而會產生更大難以收拾的問題出來。所以請儘快調整相關參數，讓它能遵守紀律，不然就是降級回到Opus 4.6。謝謝。
