[Feature Request] Add file path confirmation and visual verification prompts for file edits across multi-project workflows

Bug Description
The recent bad rating was because I wasted a lot of time when claude made a simple change to a web UI but I did not see the change and I followed it's directions on debuging the issue when if fact claude had made incorrect assumptions and was editing the wrong file. I asked claude how we could prevent this waste of time and money in the future and it made suggestions that I will follow. However, some suggestions are difficult to implement because I am working on several differnt projects in parallel on three different macos systems.
