[BUG] VSCode extension don't display properly from GitHub Codespace

What's Wrong?

Claude Code VSCode extension does not display well when running VSCode from GitHub Codespace:

What Should Happen?

Ideally display should be fine.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go on any GitHub repository
2. Open a Codespace for it
3. Add Claude Code extension
4. Open the extension
