[Bug] Claude Code hangs indefinitely after plan acceptance, unable to modify files

Bug Description
claude code cli creates a plan and when i accept the changes it is unable to change a simple json file since 5~ hours ago. It was stuck 2 hours thinking. I restarted everthing tried again with oppus 4.7, sonnet@latest. Same issue every time. It just hangs after planning ever completing the task and never changing ANY files.
