Claude-code

I am on the max plan, but it keeps saying 'Error: credit balance is too low' on both the terminal and website. 'Config install unknown'. Logging into the site prompts me to get credits, but it works fine on terminal and desktop app. On the desktop app and terminal, it shows I am on the max plan, but not on the website profile.

What could be the problem?
