[BUG] Claude Cowork Missing from Windows App

What's Wrong?

I have the pro plan for Claude, but am facing an issue where the Cowork toggle does not appear on my app. I have completed all troubleshooting steps and even checked through services.msc but am not able to find the Claude VM Service option at all. I have reinstalled and re-logged in, both using the SSO and the email sign-in options. I am using a windows x64 PC and have downloaded the regular windows setup exe file too.

What Should Happen?

Claude cowork toggle option should be available
