I filed feedback ID e518930e-c523-473e-a5b8-dc67b6a96e08 via /bug in
Claude Code today regarding a server-side hang on opus-4-7[1m].

Support chat session 215473968400480 already confirmed this is a
server-side issue and instructed me to file via /bug.

As a Max subscriber, requesting:

1. Confirmation that the engineering team has received the feedback
2. Estimated timeline for investigation
3. A direct contact channel for status updates

What Should Happen?

The thinking phase should complete and produce a full response within a
reasonable time (under 5 minutes for the same task that completes normally
on my home PC), without indefinite hangs or "Streaming idle timeout: no
bytes for 300000ms" errors.

The same Claude Code version, same account, same model (opus-4-7[1m]),
and same task work normally on my home PC — so the office PC should behave
identically.
