What's Wrong?

Following yesterday's Cowork issue, I upgraded Claude desktop app to the latest version today so I could start using it again. However, about 10mins ago, Cowork began to fail on scan & sync the workspace. I showed my Windows explorer view to cowork and it told me the mismatch on its side of the timestamp for the files with my sight was probably a sync issue and could be resolved by force close Claude to force it scan when opening up again. I followed the instruction and now Claude cowork failed to start the workspace again, the same thing as I saw yesterday during Cowork's outage.

Claude 1.3109.0 (35cbf6) 2026-04-16T20:32:01.000Z

Windows 11 Version 21H2

What Should Happen?

Cowork should be able to start and sync with its own workspace folder.
