Content filtering policy blocks harmless queries, returning:API Error: 400 invalid_request_error - Output blocked by content filtering policy
Reproduction
Queries that were blocked:
- "live fo"
- "live forever"
- "ㄴㅇㄹ" (random Korean keystrokes)
- "오아시스 안티있나" (asking about Oasis band)
