[Feature Request] Add origin field to Claude logs for multi-instance project tracking

Bug Description
Please add auto origin to claude logs so I can add them to my AI project dashboard - an origin can be the path to the folder claude cli code are run in or claude code deskrop are connected to - or it cna be a project identifier I can add to project .claude/id.json the latter is preferred because I run multiple instances of claude code cli in one multilayer project.
