[Bug] Welcome box displays compact header in ~/Documents directory only

정리

• 원인 불명: 3번의 가설 모두 실패. 소스 접근 없이 외부에서 확정 불가.
• 영향: 표시 차이일 뿐 기능엔 영향 없음.
• 수집된 사실 (나중에 /feedback 낼 때 참고):
• macOS Darwin 25.4.0, Claude Code 2.1.112
• ~/Documents에서만 compact 헤더 발생
• ~/Desktop, /tmp/*에선 full welcome 정상
• 세션 폴더 이동·동시 세션 제거·.bak/history.jsonl 이동 모두 무효
• iCloud 동기화 OFF, 로컬 CLAUDE.md/settings 없음
