[BUG] Not able to select connectors (via add connector button) in claude web UI under the new released Routines.

What's Wrong?

I was configuring a routine in the claude web and wanted to add slack connector. However, when i try to add slack connector nothing happens. It does not get added to my routine.

What Should Happen?

It should add slack or any other connector.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open claude web
2. go to routines and create a new routine.
3. clear any connector if any are automatically added
4. try adding the connector you want, it won't get added.
