[Feature Request] Add "understanding mode" to preview Claude's interpretation before planning or execution

Feature Description
I want to see what claude's understanding is before it attempts to create a plan or execute.
an "understanding" mode would be helpfull so then i can ask claude:
1 tell me what you understand (understanding mode to refine what I need to tell it)
2 give me your plan (existing plan mode)
3 execute (auto mode or accept edits mode)
