What's Wrong?

Description:
After Claude responds to the first message, every subsequent message in the same session causes the app to hang indefinitely (spinning indicator, no response). The only workaround is to start a new session, but the problem repeats after the first response again.
Steps to reproduce:

Open Claude Code Desktop (macOS)
Send any message — Claude responds normally
Send a second message — app hangs, no response

Expected behavior: Claude responds to all messages normally.
Actual behavior: App hangs after the first response in every session.
Environment: macOS, Claude Code Desktop, latest version
