Problem Statement

When working on multiple projects simultaneously, unrelated project information gets mixed up.

Proposed Solution

Allow per-project conversation history storage in .claude/ directory, similar to how project-level settings and memory already work, to improve isolation between projects and support team-level continuity when switching accounts.
