[BUG] clear not reloading config

Environment

• Claude CLI version: 1.0.64 (Claude Code)
• Operating System: macOS 15.5
• Terminal: iTerm2 3.5.14

Bug Description

The clear command does not pick up Claude's current file structure.

This issue might be a potential dupe but I couldn't find it. Is there no AI for that?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new agent/command/CLAUDE.md whatever
2. /clear
3. None of it is loaded

Expected Behavior

Access to current state of the system
