[BUG] Credit balance being deducted despite "Extra Usage" disabled

What's Wrong?

I have disabled extra usage in the morning. But somehow, I found my balance was deducted by $3.23 in the afternoon. My subscription limit is not even reached, and dashboard shows the same $7.67 spent (see the screenshots).

Actually this has kept happening over the weekend where balance was $275.XX on last Friday. And I am sure no API key created for this account.

What Should Happen?

No credit should be deducted since extra usage is disabled

2. Use Claude Code without hitting 5h, 7d limit
