What's Wrong?

Claude code edit approval diff view changed after April 15 update — red/green diff no longer shown by default
Body:
• What it looked like before (yesterday): when Claude proposed an edit, you could see the before/after red/green diff inline as part of the approval step
• What it looks like now (after today's update): no diff shown during approval — you have to manually switch to Verbose view to see changes
• Why this matters: reviewing changes before approving is a core safety workflow, and the new default hides that
• Workaround found: Verbose transcript view exposes the red/green lines, but it's not the same flow and it add way too much to the coding process

I applied NO changes to appearance of functionality before the update which changed the interface significantly

Version 1.2581.0 (f10398)
Running on Win 11

What Should Happen?

the previous versions had the allow button and the code viewable and scrollable before you approved without having verbose on
