VSCode IDE Detection Fails in Zellij Terminal

Bug Description
When using zellij in the vscode terminal, claude code does not detect the vscode ide. This is with the claude code extension installed. Running claude code in the vscode integrated terminal, without zellij correctly detects the ide.
