[Bug] Tool execution incomplete: Multiple tools requested but only one executed

Bug Description
claude stopped before completing the task. it was supposed to use both skills (/de-ai-ify:de-ai-ify and /writing-clearly-and-concisely) and said it would "run both skills" but it only ran /de-ai-ify:de-ai-ify
