[FEATURE] Add Clause HUD to Clause Code desktop app

Problem Statement

I have to use /context to find out how much context I have used during a conversation. I would like this available all the time in the desktop app like it is in the terminal. It would be great to have a Clause HUD like capability in the desktop app.

Proposed Solution

I'd like Clause HUD like features that I can use on the terminal to be available in the desktop app to monitor context usage, tokens, session length, etc.
