[BUG] `Create new agent` text input doesn't use VIM mode

Bug Description
Create new agent text input doesn't use VIM mode. This is especially frustrating, since "escape" is the typical key to move between modes, which happens to be the exact key used to exit the screen after typing a bunch of text.
