[BUG] Nagware is not a feature

What's Wrong?

When I type my first message in Claude Code (VS Code extension), I get this "lovely" popup:

What Should Happen?

Don't nagware.

Steps to Reproduce

Seems like Claude Code is obsessing over asking me to fork more money into the account, and I get this nagware message when I am just even 50% over my session or weekly limits.
