What's Wrong or Missing?

When users ask where to find a specific setting in claude.ai (or other UIs), Claude confidently describes a path that is outdated or wrong — instead of admitting uncertainty and asking for a screenshot.

Example:
User asked where to find "Custom Instructions" in claude.ai.
Claude described: "click top-left on your avatar → Settings → Custom Instructions tab"
Reality: The setting is in Profile → "What personal preferences should Claude consider in responses?" — no separate "Custom Instructions" tab exists.

Expected behavior:
Claude should say "I'm not sure, the UI changes frequently — can you share a screenshot?" instead of guessing.

Suggested Improvement

Either keep Claude's knowledge of claude.ai UI up to date from official sources (Anthropic docs), or train Claude to recognize when it's uncertain about current UI state and ask for visual confirmation.
