[BUG] Running in `screen` leaves rather corrup output

What's Wrong?

Running claude code in screen (even screen -U) is totally unreadable. This is a rather important workflow for those who want to just spawn a claude session and reconnect to it later. Colors are all off - background and foreground colors similar so the text is unreadable, etc.

The output should be readable
