What's Wrong?

• MCP: Microsoft Learn
• Error: OAuth redirect returns "page not found" (404) after Microsoft authentication completes
• Reference ID: ofid_352a26ff77b57010
• OS: Windows 11
• Browser: [whichever you used]
• The error appears after Microsoft login succeeds — the redirect back to claude.ai fails with 404
