[BUG] Update Claude 1.2278.0 (e5213f) - cant send prompt from Claude Code

What's Wrong?

After the update Claude 1.2278.0 (e5213f) 2026-04-13T17:49:21.000Z of Claude Desktop App (WIN) I can not send any prompt from Claude Code window. Button for sending the prompt is not active even after restart or clearing the cache.
