[BUG] Claude Code Command Unable to Process References

Bug Description

The bug is that when I use a claude command, and my input is a reference to a portion of the file, the input is not fed in. E.g. running /local::implementation::polish-section @ADAPT/main.tex#L89-91 leads to empty input.
