[BUG] add-dir command isn't working inside Claude Code

What's Wrong?

When I try using /add-dir command inside Claude Code, the screen flickers, and the directory isn't added to the current session.

What Should Happen?

The new directory should be added to the Claude Code session, and Claude should be able to work with the new repo from the current session.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Fire up Claude Code
  2. Type /add-dir and give a valid path to the desired directory
  3. Watch the screen flicker, and new directory not get added.
