[BUG] Usage limits gone crazy

What's Wrong?
I am a pro user. i started experiencing this earlier today. soon after i started i hit my 100 % usage limits, I thought maybe I wasnt aware of how much i had used it. but after the usage limits got reset, i could clearly see a problem, I gave just 2 prompts, one to sonnet and another one to opus on claude code, and I reached 49% of my usage limit. This is not right.
What Should Happen?
I have used claude for so long now. what is happening is definitely not me gloating about the usage limits being more or less than before. This

is some serious discrepancy.

it is helpful to know I am not alone in this, but clearly this doesnt seem to be a global issue across all the users, if that was the case, it would have blown up by now. So, what do we do, given 0 customer support from claude
destroyed a 200$ plan weekly limits in a 3hrs pushy usage session lol wasn't able to finish it in 1 week before

I am not sure if it is the same..I am not complaining about having stricter usage limits after a period of a high usage offer is over. But burning 25% on each prompt is not the same. this is a serious discrepancy
I think it is related. There is a severe prompt caching bug thats causing usage windows to spike across the board, which is similar to what you are talking about. Folks were talking it down thread. https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/45756#issuecomment-4244060000

Same issue here, Max 5x user, a few minutes using it, the session limit was reached 2x
