[Bug] Unreliable connection handling causing stalls and timeouts

Bug Description
All the time connection problems, stalling process, neding retries to get full
answers, stalling für over 3 hours doing nothing on a simple quzestion. api error... ans so on, this programm need
better networc reconnect, how it works arm is a disgrace to anthropic.
